Personalized coaching works on a monthly basis. With that, I oversee ALL aspects of your nutrition and training – the what, when, how much, everything! There is NO guesswork left to you, and your program is individualized and customized to you and your unique goals. Training and nutrition are adjusted as your physique progresses based on the individual, not the calendar. Also, psychological factors contribute to weight loss, and they are very powerful. You will learn how to not only lose fat but also ensure it stays off by making a range of behavioral and lifestyle changes to counteract deeply ingrained life-long habits.
